General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Hotel Beau Séjour webshop

Status: June 17, 2025

1. scope of application

These GTC apply to all orders placed via our webshop. We do not accept any deviating terms and conditions of the customer unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. contractual partner, storage of the contract text

The contractual partners are the customer and:
Hotel Beau Séjour, Haldenstrasse 53 , 6006 Lucerne, Switzerland.
Contracts are stored but not made publicly accessible. The GTC can be accessed and saved during the ordering process.

3. conclusion of contract

The product presentations in the store do not constitute a binding offer. By sending the order, you submit a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by e-mail or by shipping the goods.

4. prices, shipping costs, payment

All prices are in CHF including VAT. We also charge shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payments are made via the methods offered in the store (e.g. credit card, TWINT).

5. delivery

We deliver to the delivery address specified by the customer in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery times vary depending on the product, details can be found with the respective article.

6. right of withdrawal and return

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods (Sections 6.1-6.3).
6.1 Exclusion: The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed audio/video or software downloads.
6.2 Returns: Return or exchange goods in perfect condition. The customer bears the return costs, unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 Refund: Reimbursement of the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.

7. reservation of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. warranty

Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

9. liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, limb and health. In addition, our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

10. data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DSG) and GDPR (for EU customers). Details can be found in our separate privacy policy.
