From this summer, the magdi beiz team will be welcoming guests to the Hotel Beau Séjour from June to August. The summer restaurant serves light creations with a typical magdi twist and selected charcuterie delicacies. Reservations are strongly recommended!
The magdi beiz team is temporarily moving from Eisengasse to Beau Séjour on Lake Lucerne from June to August. There are around 70 seats per evening - in the historic ballroom, the partially covered terrace and on the sun deck. "Summer in what feels like the south", as host Martina Odermatt describes the summer restaurant.
Guests can enjoy a new menu designed for the summer restaurant, written in the culinary signature of head chef Thomas Pollet and Steffen Holst. There is a choice of light dishes with typical magdi components and selected charcuterie specialties. The "petit bonheur" takes the agony of choice out of the equation - with this surprise menu, all dishes can be sampled (served table by table).

Lake Lucerne is just a few steps away from the hotel and is even in view during dinner on the terrace. Visitors can cool off with a swim in the lake before visiting the summer restaurant - we also have changing and freshen-up facilities for non-hotel guests.
