All information about how to get to the hotel by public transport and by car can be found on this page.

We have a total of five parking spaces within walking distance of the hotel. They must be reserved in advance and cost CHF 20/day. We can issue you a parking card (CHF 15/day) for the public parking lot on Kreuzbuchstrasse, about 450 meters from the Beau Séjour. To unload your luggage, you can use the yellow parking lot opposite the hotel. Our staff will be happy to explain everything else about parking at the reception if required.

Breakfast in the ballroom can be booked separately. You can enjoy our great regional food selection as follows:
Monday to Friday: 7 to 10 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7 to 11 a.m.

Of course, vegans and guests with gluten intolerance also get their money's worth in the morning. All we ask is that you notify our team about your dietary restriction in advance. By the way, soy and oat milk are a standard part of our breakfast menu.

The Beau Séjour serves drinks and snacks, but does not satisfy a big appetite. However, our partners, the Drei Könige Restaurant and the Schlüssel Restaurant, can do this wonderfully! You can find more information on this page.

Our team is there for you every day from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you arrive after 11 p.m., you have to enter a code at the main door. You will receive the code when you check-in.

Our guaranteed check-in time is 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and make yourself at home in our art salons or on our beautiful terrace.

Check-out is no later than 11 am. If you want to explore the city afterwards, we will be happy to keep your luggage safe until your departure.

The bed size varies depending on the room. You can find all information related to beds on this page.

We provide hand soap, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner by Terre de Mars in each room. Terre de Mars is a brand from Paris that makes vegan and organic personal care products.

There is no mini-bar, but you will find a bottle of mineral water and sugar packets in your room.

No, our rooms do not have a coffee machine or a kettle. On the second floor you will find a coffee station with a Nespresso machine, a kettle and selected teas and seasonal fruit, where you are welcome to help yourself. In the café bar on the first floor, you are also welcome to order coffee or tea from the portafilter machine.

We have adapters for all types of plugs at reception and will be happy to provide you with one for your stay with us. By the way: The electrical connections in Switzerland are 220 Volt/50Hz.

During the summer months our rooms are equipped with portable air conditioning units, so everything's cool.

We make the beds and tidy the rooms every day, and perform a thorough room cleaning after three nights. If you would like this service more often, please contact the reception.
