Do you have questions about our offer? We will help you. If you don't find your answer below, you can reach us by phone or by e-mail. The reception of the Beau Séjour is open daily from 8 am to 11 pm (CET).
How do I travel to the Beau Séjour?

Where can I park?
We have 5 hotel parking spaces within walking distance of the hotel. They must be reserved in advance for CHF 20/day. We can issue you a parking card for CHF 15/day for the public parking spaces on Kreuzbuchstrasse, about 450 meters from the Beau Séjour. To unload your luggage, you can use the yellow parking lot opposite the hotel. Our staff will be happy to explain everything else about parking at reception if required.
When do we have breakfast?
Breakfast in the ballroom can be booked separately. You can enjoy our great regional selection as follows:
Monday to Friday: 7 to 10 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7 to 11 a.m.
Are there vegan/gluten-free breakfast options?
Of course, vegans and guests with gluten intolerance also get their money's worth in the morning, in this case we ask for an early notification to our team. By the way, soy and oat milk are a standard part of our breakfast menu.
Is there a restaurant at the Beau Séjour?
The Beau Séjour serves drinks and snacks, but does not satisfy a big appetite. However, our partners, the Drei Könige Restaurant and the Schlüssel Restaurant, can do this wonderfully! You can find more information on this page.
When is the reception staffed?
Our team is there for you every day from 08:00 to 23:00. If you come home after 11 pm, you have to enter a code at the main door. You will receive the code at check-in.
When is the check-in/check-out?
Our guaranteed check-in time is 3pm. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and make yourself comfortable in our art salons or on our beautiful terrace.
Check-out is no later than 11 am. If you want to explore the city afterwards, we will be happy to keep your luggage safe until your departure.
How big are your hotel beds?

What body care products do you have?
Each room is equipped with hand soap, shower gel and body lotion by Rituals.
Is there a mini-bar in the hotel room?
There is no mini-bar, but you will find a bottle of mineral water in your room and a ration of sugar is also provided.
Is there a coffee maker and/or kettle in the room?
No, our rooms do not have a coffee maker or a kettle. We will be happy to satisfy your caffeine cravings in the café bar on the first floor, and of course we also serve tea. And if you just need hot water, our team will be happy to help you.
Are there adapters in the hotel room?
Yes, we have put two pieces in your room. Please do not take them home, the next guest will thank you.
By the way: The electrical connections in Switzerland are 220 Volt/50Hz.
Is there air conditioning in the room?
During the summer we have installed mobile air conditioners in the rooms, so everything cool.
When are the hotel rooms cleaned?
Daily room cleaning takes place between 10 am and 3 pm.
How much do extra beds and/or baby cribs cost?
In some rooms there is room for an extra bed. Please inform our reception about your needs in advance.
The cost of additional hotel beds is as follows:
- Additional person in single room CHF 30 per night
- Additional person from 7 years in extra bed (only double room lake view, deluxe double room, family room, 3 room suite and the suite possible) CHF 70 per night
- Child up to 6 years in extra bed CHF 40 per night
- Child up to 2 years in crib CHF 30 per night
- Child up to 2 years without baby crib without surcharge
Is the Beau Séjour barrier-free?
To get to the house and the reception you have to take a few steps. There is a small elevator in the hotel.
Is there a laundry service?
We offer a simple laundry service. We charge CHF 25 per wash and return the laundry dried but not ironed.
How far is it to the city center?
Not far at all! Either you walk along Lake Lucerne to the old town, which takes about 15 minutes. Or you take the bus, the bus stop "Europe" is only a few meters away from the Beau Séjour. With the bus you have about five minutes and you are already in the city center.
