GTC Hotel Beau Séjour Lucerne
The GTC's apply to all reservation requests and reservations for the Hotel Beau Séjour Luzern AG. In the following GTC's the Hotel Beau Séjour is managed with the legally valid name Hotel Beau Séjour Luzern AG.

All prices are exclusively in Swiss Francs (CHF) incl. VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is possible from 15.00 on the first day of the booked stay. The handover of the key takes place at the reception. Check-out takes place on the last day of the booked stay at 11.00 am at the latest.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation of the reservation, reduction of the number of guests or the length of stay must be made in writing. We recommend the conclusion of a cancellation insurance.
Single bookings
Cancellation free of charge until 3 days before the day of arrival (15.00). After that 100% of the booking price will be charged.
Bookings from 5 rooms
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before the booked arrival day.
- 50% of the booking price in case of cancellation 14 - 8 days before the booked arrival day.
- 100% of the booking price in case of cancellation 7 or less days before the booked arrival day.
- 50% of the total cost of the stay is due and payable 7 days before the booked arrival day.
Bookings from 10 rooms
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before the booked arrival day.
- 50% of the booking price in case of cancellation 30 - 16 days before the booked arrival day.
- 100% of the booking price in case of cancellation 15 or less days before the booked arrival day.
- 50% of the total cost of the stay is due and payable 15 days before the booked arrival day.
Bookings from 15 rooms
- Free cancellation up to 60 days before the booked arrival day.
- 50% of the booking price in case of cancellation 60 - 30 days before the booked arrival day.
- 100% of the booking price in case of cancellation 30 or less days before the booked arrival day.
- 50% of the total cost of the stay is due and payable 30 days before the booked arrival day.
Exclusive bookings of the whole hotel (logement and food & beverage).
- Free cancellation up to 120 days before the booked arrival day.
- 50% of the booking price in case of cancellation 120 - 60 days before the booked arrival date.
- 100% of the booking price in case of cancellation 60 or less days before the booked arrival day.
- 50% of the total cost of the stay is due and payable 60 days before the booked arrival day.
Provision of the accommodation
Hotel Beau Séjour Luzern AG is obliged to provide the reserved accommodation for the booked period. Should Hotel Beau Séjour Luzern AG not be able to provide the reserved accommodation upon the guest's arrival, it will organize equivalent substitute accommodation and pay for any possible additional costs such as transport, accommodation, etc., which exceed the original contract prices.
Number of guests
Only as many people may stay in one accommodation as contractually agreed.
Use and subletting
The guest uses the accommodation exclusively for private purposes. In case of improper use and furnishing, Hotel Beau Séjour Luzern AG may assert liability claims. Subletting is not permitted.

Cleaning and laundry
The accommodation receives a daily fresh up cleaning.
For longer stays, the bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days.
Breakfast
A rich and regional breakfast is offered daily from 07:30 to 10:00.
Cafe-Bar
Our cafe-bar is open daily from 07.30 to 23.00.
Consumables
Basic supplies such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. are provided.
Furnishing and equipment
Hotel Beau Séjour Luzern AG is the owner of all furnishing and equipment of the rooms, suites and apartments.
Brought in things
Hotel Beau Séjour Luzern AG declines all liability for theft, damage and loss of any furniture, objects, valuables, clothing, etc. brought in by the guest.
Liability
The guest is liable for damages caused by the guest or third parties during the stay. The repair or replacement costs will be charged in full including coordination costs (CHF 80.00 / hour).
House rules
The house rules are binding and all accommodations are absolute non-smoking units. In case of violation of the house rules, the Hotel Beau Séjour Luzern AG can withdraw from the contract prematurely, without refund of the already paid costs.
Loss of key
In case of loss of a room key the guest has to pay the full replacement costs.
Data protection
For Hotel Beau Séjour Luzern AG, the protection of guests' privacy has absolute priority. Insofar as it is necessary for the smooth running of operations, Hotel Beau Séjour Luzern AG may collect, process and use personal data. The storage and transmission of all data takes place only to the extent necessary. The guest agrees to this.
Pets
Any pets are not allowed.
Severability clause
Should individual provisions of the General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The parties shall then endeavor to find a permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the intended provision.
Changes and additions to the general terms and conditions
Changes or additions to the general terms and conditions can be made at any time and without notice.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
This contract shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The parties agree that Lucerne / Switzerland shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
