In summer 2025, the magdi beiz team will once again be welcoming guests to the Hotel Beau Séjour. The summer restaurant serves light creations with a typical magdi twist and selected charcuterie delicacies.
Important note: Hotel Beau Séjour vouchers cannot be redeemed in the magdi sommerbeiz.
The magdi beiz team will also temporarily move from Eisengasse to Lake Lucerne to the Beau Séjour in 2025. There are around 70 seats per evening - in the historic ballroom, the partially covered terrace and on the sun deck. "Summer in what feels like the south", as host Martina Odermatt describes the summer restaurant. Guests enjoy a summery menu with the culinary signature of head chef Thomas Pollet and Steffen Holst.

Lake Lucerne is just a few steps away from the hotel and is even in view during dinner on the terrace. Visitors can cool off with a swim in the lake before visiting the summer restaurant - we also have changing and freshen-up facilities for non-hotel guests.
