The magdi beiz team will once again welcome guests to the Hotel Beau Séjour in the summer of 2026. The summer restaurant will serve light dishes with a signature magdi twist, as well as a selection of charcuterie delicacies.

Terrace, sun deck and ballroom
In 2026, the team at magdi beiz has once again temporarily relocated from Eisengasse to Beau Séjour on Lake Lucerne. There are about 70 seats available each evening—in the historic ballroom, on the partially covered terrace, and on the sun deck. “Summer in the southern atmosphere,” as hostess Martina Odermatt describes the summer restaurant. Guests enjoy a summer menu bearing the culinary signature of chefs Thomas Pollet and Steffen Holst.
