You book a category via our booking platform and receive one of the rooms in the selected category, depending on availability.

We have five hotel-owned parking spaces (CHF 20/day), which are not in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but within walking distance. If you are arriving by car, we ask you to book a parking space in addition to your overnight stay. If all parking spaces are occupied, you can use a parking lot on Kreuzbuchstrasse. As a hotel guest, you benefit from special conditions and can park your car for CHF 15/day. If you would like to take advantage of this, please contact us.
PS: To unload your luggage you can use the yellow parking area directly opposite the Beau Séjours.
As an overnight guest in Lucerne, you benefit from various discounts for cable cars, mountain railroads, museums and excursions in the region thanks to the Lucerne Guest Card. In addition, you travel free of charge by bus and train within zone 10 of the city network. You will receive the Lucerne Guest Card by e-mail shortly before your arrival.
Your room will be ready no later than 3 p.m. on the first day of your reserved stay. You will receive the key at the reception of Beau Séjour. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11 a.m. If you would like to leave your luggage with us before you check into your room or after checking out, that is no problem for us. Our hotel staff will be happy to help you.
Lucerne is located in the heart of Switzerland and is very easy to reach via the A2 freeway (Basel/Gotthard/Milan). The best way is to take the exit "Luzern Zentrum" if you are coming from the north or then "Luzern Süd". Once in the city center follow the signs "Küssnacht / Verkehrshaus". For the parking situation - be sure to read! - you will find all the important information above.

Public transport in Switzerland is well developed, organized and punctual. You can find all connections on the website of the Swiss Federal Railways SBB. The bus stop "Europe" of the bus lines 6 (direction "Büttenenhalde") and 8 (direction "Würzenbach") is only a few meters away from the Beau Séjour. You can easily get on at the main station. By the way: With your hotel reservation you can use the buses and trains within zone 10 of the city network for free.
