On the day of arrival, you will have received the Lucerne Guest Card from us by e-mail. This card entitles you to free travel on all buses and trains within zone 10 of the city network. The "Europe" bus stop, which is served by bus lines 6 and 8, is just to the left of our front door. With the guest card, you also benefit from various discounts on cable cars, mountain railroads, museums and excursions in the Lucerne-Lake Lucerne Region. You can also use the "Free WiFi - LUZERN.COM" hotspot throughout the city.You can find out all about the guest card on this page.

If you come home after 11 pm, you can open the main entrance door of the hotel with your room card.
Toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, shaving kit... If you forgot something at home, our team at the reception will be happy to help you. In case of wrinkled clothes, we can bring an ironing board and iron to your room.
We have adapters for all types of plugs at reception and will be happy to provide you with one for your stay with us. By the way: The electrical connections in Switzerland are 220 Volt/50Hz.
On the second floor, you will find a coffee station with a Nespresso machine, kettle and selected teas as well as seasonal fruit, where you are welcome to help yourself. In the café bar on the first floor, you can of course also order coffee drinks or tea from the portafilter machine.
We serve breakfast as follows:
Monday to Friday: 7 to 10 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7 to 11 am
We make the beds and tidy the rooms every day, and perform a thorough room cleaning after three nights. If you would like this service more often, please contact the reception.

Public transport is generally as reliable as our Swiss watches. The Swiss Federal Railways SBB app is super handy and you can buy pretty much all public transport tickets via it. If you prefer to buy your ticket from a ticket machine, that is of course also possible. The best way to find out when and how to get to your destination is to use the Swiss Federal Railways SBB app or website. There you will find clear timetables with all the means of transport you need to get from A to B. If you need assistance, no problem - the team at the Hotel Beau Séjour will be happy to help and advise you.
Our tap water has excellent drinking water quality. So you can drink from it without any problems.

Check-out is no later than 11 a.m. If you want to explore the city afterwards, we will be happy to keep your luggage safe until your departure.
